Biographie

Annabelle Verhoye is a French-German visual artist based between New York and Munich. Through painting and installation, she creates layered, multi-panel works on acrylic glass using reverse painting, hand-cut stencils, and scattered gold leaf. Her work investigates how perception shapes our experience of belonging through an exploration of memory, light, material, and the act of looking.

She received an MFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York. Her work has been exhibited internationally and is held in private collections in Europe, the United States, Asia, and Australia. She currently lives and works between New York and Munich.
